Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only

  • Terms like “gold” refer to color/finish only, not real gold
  • We do not sell precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds)

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders

We are not responsible for pricing errors, but we will correct them when detected.

4. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Products are shipped directly from international warehouses (China)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination

⚠️ By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • International shipping may involve longer delivery times
  • Customs delays may occur (outside our control)

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)

  • Returns are accepted within 120 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With proof of purchase

⚠️ Important:

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Returns are sent back to China

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours
  • After 24h, cancellation is not guaranteed
  • If already shipped → cancellation is not possible

⚠️ Refused deliveries:

  • No refund will be issued
  • A €15 fee will apply

(This is key to reduce abuse and fake refunds.)

7. BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

We may cancel orders if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Information is incomplete or incorrect

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party tools or links.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

9. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, comments, or content:

  • We may use them for marketing or promotional purposes
  • You confirm they do not violate any laws or rights

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
